Amazon is growing its Amazon Services strategy aggressively around the world, we are looking for a Seller Operations-Process Specialist to accelerate China Sellers success on worldwide Amazon Marketplace. You will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our suite of Amazon Services and play a key role to work with multiple internal stakeholders and business teams to contribute on significant Amazon Service products development and improvements, and/or launch to support growth of China Amazon Service. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply.

The Role

We expect a Process Excellence Managers to own moderately complex medium projects or process mechanism building to drive continuously improvements, ensure internal/external customer experience and SPs’ long-term success on Amazon worldwide marketplace. Required to have a solid understanding of SPs’/AM’s needs & pain points, know well of internal available tools and resources, work backwards to design via deeply engaging with key partner teams, including Paid Central Product/Content teams, Paid AMs, RBS, AGS PMO, program teams in other worldwide Paid Service Organizations.

Key job responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

  1. Responsible on new and existing process SOP creation and implementation

  2. Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency

  3. Identify areas of possible process improvements and automation opportunities

  4. Document processes, regularly update existing SOP, review/suggest SOP changes required if any.

  5. Intake Paid AMs’ issues/inquiries to optimize their day-to-day work with Paid Sellers and drive productivity.

  6. Support multiple Amazon Services business and product teams on mechanism building including but not limited to: new product/program launch & implementation, seller lifecycle management (enrollment, attrition, billing, etc.), paid service delivery tracking and quality control, etc.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level

  • Experience with business analysis (SQL, Power BI and Tableau Proficiency is a Plus)

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
