Honeywell Sales Operations Intern in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

Responsible for providing support in selling of Honeywell products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and validate commercial excellence related data

  • Report accurately and on time staying aligned with corporate and SBUs

  • Generate insights and recommended actions in collaboration with others

  • Develop and provide Training to the Global Sales teams

  • Track data trends and make recommendations for improvement

  • Develop and manage standard work and an MOS for maximum efficiency

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursuing business management/business administration degree

  • Summer intern between junior and senior year

  • Obtain degree between December 2024 and June 2025

  • Demonstrated success in project lead roles

  • Aerospace business acumen, product knowledge, and customer knowledge a plus

  • Microsoft Office advanced skills; Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

  • CRM experience; Salesforce.com

  • Strong analytical and financial skills
