A master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience.
Professional or nonprofessional experience as described above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Experience leading cross-teams projects is highly preferred.
Job Description
Plans and directs work phases of the ArtCIE program and completes reports for the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) regarding program performance
Responsible for increasing programmatic awareness, engagement in, and expansion of the ArtCIE program.
Evaluates evidence in support of decisions, considers statutes, rules, and regulations, makes final determination, and prepares summary of issues and rationale.
Provides leadership in the hiring and supervision of ArtCIE project staff. Delegates work and projects appropriately among ArtCIE project staff.
Analyzes program data, evaluates program effectiveness and investigates new programs or services related to ArtCIE participants. Develops, prepares, and delivers ad hoc and other reports and summaries as assigned.
Leads establishment of policies, rules and guidelines for programs and services to individuals participating in ArtCIE. Provides guidance and information related to program processes and practices and maintaining compliance.
Guides Project Coordinators in the development of technical assistance and training to VR field staff and stakeholders required for the delivery of services to ArtCIE participants.
• Leads interagency advisory work group of project stakeholders, other state agencies, and
community partners to maximize the quality of services to participants involved in the ArtCIE
program.
• Establishes and fosters strategic partnerships related to the planning, development and
implementation of the ArtCIE program.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license, travels independently, and works in a variety of settings.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance
