Job Description The Retail Sales Associate must possess a passion for selling and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This position reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. [Job Responsibilities]{arial",sans-serif"=""}
- Acknowledge customers - Greet them with a smile, present store specials and promotions.
- Provide courteous and helpful service to all customers and team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Provide accurate knowledge regarding all products.
- Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
- Encourage customers to sample wine, food products and oils / vinegars.
- Manage revenue including cash handling and daily deposit reconciliation as per company guidelines.
- Ability to operate small appliances, cash registers, and basic office equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, work area and restrooms.
- Other duties as needed.

- Open availability and flexibility to work varied schedules, weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom.
- Outgoing and enjoy working in a small team atmosphere.
