UNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC UI/Design Specialist in Albany, New York
UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a UI/Design Specialist for a hybrid position in Albany, NY. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 3 days onsite in Albany, NY and be able to travel.
Candidates must be able to pass a Mandatory ITS Security Agreements and Fingerprint-based Background Check and sign an NDA.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
Two or more years working as a User Experience Specialist. Additional years of experience may substitute for a non-design-related degree.
Experience with User Research, User Modeling, and Usability Testing.
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
Consult with stakeholders to understand business goals.
Plan and conduct User Research and explain user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop user models and scenarios.
Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.
Create and iterate prototypes.
Conduct Usability Testing and analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to improve the user experience.
Assist with content development.
