Job Description
The irrigation manager has a high level of importance to the workflow of staff and operations. They will oversee, review and manage all of the following functions: irrigation, scheduling, work orders, materials, staffing, training, customer services along with quality control and safety compliance.
Job Requirements
Hiring, training and managing all Irrigation Technicians
Constant communication with the Sales, Account, and Operations managers
Oversight of irrigation work order scheduling board to ensure efficiency and satisfied customers
OSHA, ED and QC issues for compliance and safety purposes
Oversight of HR issues while maintaining complete and accurate staff records
Irrigation department billing
Weekly staff meetings
Timecard approvals
