Pro Staff is seeking a talented individual to join a leading company specializing in building secondary packaging machines. Shift Timing: Monday-Thursday, 5 am-3 pm Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hour As a Metal Fabricator, you will play a vital role in determining sheet metal fabrication processes and producing high-quality parts that meet or exceed company standards. Your responsibilities will include setting up and operating shears, punches, and press brakes. Job Details: Interpret prints and sketches to determine fabrication requirements Fabricate parts efficiently while ensuring accuracy and aesthetics Maintain work area according to 5S standards Operate press brakes, punches, and shears Report maintenance and repair needs for equipment Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Technical degree in a related manufacturing field preferred Previous fabrication experience, such as internships, or a High school diploma / GED with 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience Excellent blueprint reading skills and proficiency with precision measuring tools Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a team environment and willingness to take on new challenges We value our employees and offer a range of benefits to support your success, including weekly payday, medical, dental, vision, and 401K options, employee discounts, and referral bonus potential.
