The Alfred University Assistant Head Cross Country & Track & Field Coach is responsible for assistant the head coach with the organization and management of highly competitive NCAA Division III men's and women's cross country and track and field programs. This includes teaching and coaching student-athletes for successful competition; monitoring and supporting student-athletes' academic success; meeting or exceeding recruiting goals; civic engagement; planning and managing budgets and schedules; fundraising; and developing positive alumni and parent relations.
