The Coordinator for Facilities Services is responsible for maintaining and managing the work order system including receiving and routing of work requests, associated data collection, training, and report generation for both the NYSCC and non-stat private side of AU. This position is the communication and customer service interface between Facilities Services and the University community. This position supports the Asst Director Capital. Operations/Facilities and the following facilities departments: Distribution Services, Motorpool Services, Grounds and Events Services, Building Services, Mechanical Services and Custodial Services by maintaining vendor relationships and procuring required services and supplies. This position works in conjunction with the Facilities Project Manager to provide administrative support to Facilities leadership.
