The Alfred University Head Mens Rugby Coach/Assistant Womens Rugby Coach is responsible for leading all aspects of the mens rugby team while assisting with the womens rugby team. This includes teaching and coaching student athletes for successful competition; mentoring and engaging student-athletes for academic success and personal success; meeting recruiting goals; civic engagement; planning and managing budgets and schedules; fundraising; and developing positive alumni and parent relations.
