Allied Personnel Services Accounting Coordinator in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Accounting Coordinator Opening! This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to work for a stable NJ company. Pay is $26-33/hr based on experience. 

Responsibilities fall into three primary categories:

  • Accounts Payable: process invoices daily, process automatic monthly rent and quarterly tax payments, reconcile and resolve invoice/vendor discrepancies, and log/track credits due from vendors

``` - Bank Account and Reconciliations: manage petty cash, reconcile all accounts monthly via QuickBooks and balance to InMass, locate/correct discrepancies, and balance the general ledger

``` - End of Month (EOM): back up files, close current period, generate journal entries, prepare accounting reports, review and balance accounts, close general ledger for the month

Candidates for this role must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Management and at least three years accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks is needed.
