We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join a great organization as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and placing telephone calls

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers

• Provide accurate information about our products and services

• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
