Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company byoverseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and performance of these specific business segments. This role requires a strong leader who can drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned areas.

NOTE: We have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working at home.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to retail, lunch, and 3P business lines, including customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement in our catering and gifting services.

  • Prepare detailed market analysis reports to support strategic planning.

  • Financial Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of retail, lunch, and 3P LOBs, including revenue, costs, and profitability.

  • Develop financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to enhance profitability.

  • Partner with Finance to manage and execute new product pricing requests; updates to menu boards, printed menus, online, etc.

  • Partner with IT on coupon and promotional activations.

  • Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Field Marketing, and business line owners to develop and implement growth strategies.

  • Provide analytical support for the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

  • Marketing and Promotions

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and business line owners to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Utilize customer feedback and market trends to innovate and improve product offerings.

  • Owns LSM that supports Lunch, Retail and 3P of business, including defining programs and developing tools to drive lunch, retail and 3P sales across franchise and company stores.

  • Owns in-store POP promotions & merchandising support, including the development and execution of the POP Grid for each promotional window, briefing appropriape creative agencies, and manage print and POP fullfillment process in partnership with Sr Director Field Marketing.

  • Operational Support:

  • Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of catering and gifting services.

  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for catering and gifting services.

  • Customer Insights:

  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to understand needs and preferences.

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to target and engage different customer groups effectively.

  • Provide recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

YOUR TRACK RECORD

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in food retail management or a similar role.Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
