The Professional Services Consultant III will leverage industry, product, application and operational knowledge in support of the business unit. The consultant will have an advanced understanding of the working challenges of client risk and operations management. This position will support the DDM product solutions, in the following manner: What you'll do Interface directly with client to determine project requirements and client expectations Ability to consult with clients on innovative and non-traditional solutions Interpret client requirements and design criteria including but not limited to data attributes, output parameters, and reporting needs Coordinate on behalf of the client with IT solution teams in order to ensure successful delivery of solution Confirm, in writing, project specifications with client and submit to IT/Fulfillment Team Coordinate on behalf of the client with other Global Operations Value Chain components (Client Implementation and Customer Care) as it relates to changes impacting those groups Understand the ecosystem within which the business unit operates and the impact of changes requested by clients Maintain an understanding of existing platform capabilities and go forward technical priorities Provide in-cycle support, regularly communicating progress towards solution delivery and invoking change management process where necessary Provide post-production support to clients, including but not limited to research and requests for enhancements Interpret complex client data sets, provide analyses using Microsoft Excel, proprietary internal tools, and SQL, and draw relevant insights in order to make recommendations that add value to our clients' marketing efforts Initiate all research relative to client inquiries and respond to client, particularly in post-sales cycle Serve as the liaison for the client and the Sales team, clearly communicating client expectations to IT/Fulfillment Team and coordinating with them on technical specifications and timing Conduct client audits/quarterly business reviews Maintain complete and accurate documentation in support of the client Follow-up with client after project delivery to uncover opportunities, changes and efficiencies based on program results against client expectations Work closely with Sales to ensure successful turnover and implementation of client expectations on new and on-going projects Support Sales team with consultative knowledge to assist with sales opportunities 5-10% travel required to client site, as needed What experience you need Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university Extensive and verifiable personal client relationship building skills Strong business acumen in client success management Strong analytical skills Superb organization, time-management and interpersonal skills; ability to self-start Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of formal and informal client presentations What could set you apart PMP certification
