As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping execute our client's North American field marketing strategy in a way that is thematically relevant, highly scalable, and focused on building and closing pipeline. With this role, you’ll impeccably execute various event types including but not limited to sponsored conferences, membership activations and account-based events to continue their growth trajectory. This role will pay attention to every detail ensuring tight alignment with sales leaders, campaign managers and other internal stakeholders to make certain that every event helps our client put its best foot forward.

  • Support their vibrant field marketing team with your proactive ethos, leading and guiding your fellow team members to boost the results from each event.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint target accounts and attract the right attendees to each event, thereby promoting their collective objectives.

  • Embrace your creativity by developing pre and post-event sales tools, designed to facilitate their competent sales team in emphasizing the value of field events to prospects and clients.

  • Engineer effective communication strategies to elevate event attendance, cultivate impactful connections, and integrate with sales tools and other external communications.

  • Manage a comprehensive project timeline detailing significant milestones and associated dates, ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Take responsibility for the coherent coordination of projects, delivering timely status reports and maintaining project stability.

  • Foster partnerships with external associates such as agencies, vendors, and industry organizations to drive customer engagement and promote lead generation.

  • Ensure all marketing efforts are compatible with their company's unique brand, mission, and values.

  • Be fervently goal-oriented and driven to achieve exceptional outcomes from all marketing endeavors.

B2B Marketing, B2B Saas, External Events, Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Direct Marketing Campaigns, Direct Response Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing, Data-driven marketing

What You’ll Bring

● 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct responsibility of field marketing services, B2B SaaS Regional field marketing highly preferred.

● Bachelor's degree, with emphasis in marketing preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing.

● Experience in designing & delivering a Field Marketing, B2B SaaS framework is desired

● Experience developing and executing successful lead gen and sales enablement marketing plans, specifically in account-based marketing frameworks

● Track record of collaborating with sales leaders, regional teams and other key stakeholders

● Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods

● Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, highly preferred.

● Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns

● Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
