The associate manager of IT Communications is responsible for analyzing and managing communication strategies and processes within an organization for specific projects and regions. You have at least 6 years of work experience in communications, media/public relations, marketing with

You speak Fluent English A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world.

You have a bachelor's degree in communications, English, public relations, marketing or a related field.

You love a challenge A self-started who has a high degree of situational awareness and ability to navigate complex issues and channels to successfully deliver solutions in partnership with business and IT leadership teams.

What will you do at Stryker?

• Communication strategy: Develop and implement communication strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, message development, and choosing appropriate communication channels.

• Stakeholder engagement: Identify key stakeholders and create plans to engage with them effectively.

• Message development: Craft clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to different audiences and communication channels.

• Internal communications: Ensure that internal communication within IT is effective. This includes creating/updating and managing the IT Focus newsletter, CCI newsletter, IT Connect site, and distribution lists.

• Communication evaluation: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the communication efforts using various metrics and analytics tools.

• Content creation: produce written and visual branded content such as PPT presentations, articles, blogs, newsletters, etc. Partner with the Stryker creative team when needed.

• IT town halls, IT leadership meetings and academies: Drive, create and manage meeting content and videos.

• Brand: Service as a brand ambassador and adhere to and promote Stryker brand guidelines within IT
