About our Team

As a Contract Manager Sales, you execute a key role between Sales/Account support & Legal. For our Account Support Team is vital to become more self-supporting in picking up legal matters. You will be the liaison between Sales/Account support and where applicable Customers and Legal.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility is to provide sales transaction support. This entails contract and related documents drafting, contract negotiating, template development, training and policy roll out. You can translate organizational sales business needs into contracts structure and serve as point of escalation for sales contract issues.


  • Supporting Legal with general transaction sales contract support. This includes preparing sales contracts and related legal documents and reviewing existing sales agreements and other applicable documentation. You use internal policies and toolkits, your personal experience and legal knowledge;

  • Leading initial sales contract negotiations and discussions and performing contract management and customer contact activities. You ensure proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, sales requirements, and customer specifications;

  • Identifying, managing, coordinating, and collaborating internally on Legal department projects. You are continuously improving the efficiency of sales customer contracting, including automation initiatives;

  • Review clauses across different sales templates and updates templates where needed;

  • Translate organizational sales business needs into contracts structure.


  • Bachelor of Laws or similar university degree;

  • Experience in a legal team in a legal capacity in a law firm or inhouse environment in a commercial area;

  • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sales contracts;

  • Report writing skills. Project management skills. Good grammar, spelling and style with ability to draft letters;

  • Fully competent and referred to as expert in the area of sales contracting, with deep understanding of Key Result Areas;

  • Excellent understanding of theory and application; problem solver;

  • Self- motivated and self-directed.
