As one of our talented Fragrance Specialists you will represent the image, products and culture of Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle to the customer and you will continually exceed customer expectations within this ultra-luxury brand. Extraordinary customer service skills, excellent product knowledge, a talent for story-telling and the drive to achieve all sales targets, are essential in this role.

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in the high-end beauty sector)

· Fragrance is not only your passion, you are also a true ‘connoisseur’

· Service expertise in a luxurious environment: able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're a natural born storyteller

· Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events

· Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English

· Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
