Philips Finance BP SRC International Markets in Amsterdam, Netherlands
Your role:
Part of the SRC International Markets Leadership team driving the SRC strategy across International Markets together with SRC leaders for International Markets. Have an inclusive leadership style to drive the Segment, Business, Zone stakeholders in the right direction.
Together with the SRC Segment Finance BP(s) in International Markets, drive the margin improvement initiatives such as but not limited to Personnel Cost deep dive and productivity actions, Factory cost improvement by mix optimisation etc. Facilitate transparency in full P&L for various businesses in order to highlight key attention areas to focus on margin improvements.
Be end responsible for SRC forecast accuracy per businesses, aligning closely with the Global Businesses on various cost increases as well as anticipating the zone developments.
Participate in large Deal decision making, to ensure the financial overview is fully underpinned and analysed properly before as well as review any significant risks and mitigation plans beforehand, ensure proper approval/escalation to drive the business in the right direction based on various drivers involved.
Guide the prioritisation of investments in resources as well as any assets which are required to grow the business across International Markets for the SRC businesses.
Drive the BMC/BMF/DSO discussions as Finance lead to ensure the focus is on the right enablers (mix, new products, service, supply, demand etc.) boost the profitable growth.
Proactively improve Financial and non-financial processes while discovering and implementing standardised solutions, raising quality and productivity in a calculated
You are a part of
The Finance Leadership Team for BG S&RC and the SRC IM Management Team.
You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:
15+ years of relevant experience across finance domains.
Prior business partner experience is preferred.
Qualified finance professional, with a relevant degree in accounting/business administration.
Deep understanding of health systems & SRC business and processes.
Strong commercial and business acumen (preferably experience in a commercial organization).
Able to effectively influence business decisions, drive value through performance management and investment decisions.
Proactive, self-starter, people oriented, strong collaborator who works effectively across organizational boundaries.
Fluent in English.
