The Team

The Corporate Communications team is a key partner and enabler in the execution of our long-term vision, the PVH+ Plan. The team focuses on building, protecting and enhancing the reputation of PVH and its brands and elevating our corporate narrative through strategic internal and external communications. The Corporate Communications team in Europe is part of the PVH Global Communications team and EMEA regional organization.

The Position

The Head of Corporate Communications is an experienced strategic communications leader responsible for driving EMEA external and internal communications strategies and narratives to enhance and protect PVH’s corporate reputation, while engaging associates in the EMEA region. This key role will oversee all external communications in EMEA, including media relations, executive communications, crisis management, thought leadership and corporate social media with the goal of driving awareness and understanding of the company’s vision, performance, and progress among a variety of stakeholders. This role will also lead the development and execution of internal communications, story narratives and associate engagement programs that boost EMEA associate understanding, awareness and excitement of PVH.

Reporting to both the Chief Communications Officer at PVH Corp and the President of PVH EMEA, the Head of Corporate Communications will serve on the EMEA senior leadership team as an important partner working cross-functionally with executive, brand and functional teams in the region.

This leadership role guides a team of specialized associates who are experts in creating platforms, programs and materials that drive alignment and coordination across the business in collaboration with the Global Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Chief Communications Officer at PVH Corp and the regional PVH EMEA President and their respective teams to build and launch EMEA corporate and internal communications strategies to communicate the company’s vision, priorities and progress among key EMEA stakeholders, including media, the public, policymakers, and associates.

• Serve as senior leadership representative for all corporate and internal communications to PVH EMEA Management.

• Develop compelling corporate narrative that supports business goals and priorities and drives thought leadership and differentiation.

• Drive the creation of clear and compelling communications materials including leadership briefs, press releases, key messages, Q&As and proactive/reactive press materials.

• Create and execute internal content, narratives and messaging that align, inspire and engage EMEA associates across PVH’s vision, strategy and priorities.

• Support EMEA executive presence and content strategy on social media channels including LinkedIn.

• Distill complex data and insights into easy-to-digest, exec-ready materials.

• Share views and recommendations (even if unpopular) with senior executives and stakeholders.

• Mentor and manage a high-performing team, helping to advance their professional development and align their capabilities with our strategic priorities.

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 6-8 years of leadership experience in team management roles. A strong background in crisis management is essential.

• Strong business acumen (experience in retail, apparel and/or consumer industries a plus) with proven ability to connect business goals and objectives with communications strategies for maximum impact.

• Deep understanding of earned media, social media and media measurement; Proven experience working with top-tier media in the region, including financial, trade and mainstream, along with exceptional capability in developing compelling communication, key messages and corporate narratives.

• Extensive experience with content creation in internal communications, organizational culture and associate engagement; Ability to articulate and represent associate voice.

• Successful at relationship building and collaborating across a highly matrixed global environment; Willingness to work across different time zones to ensure strong alignment and seamless execution.

• Appreciation of cultural differences and the positive impact this makes to learning styles, ways of working and output.

• Native-level proficiency in English is required.
