What are my responsibilities?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Restaurant Manager. You will be in charge of our award-winning steak restaurant, which is currently the no. 1 steakhouse of Amsterdam and no. 88 in the world! You will lead the F&B team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction. You will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager.

You enjoy working in an international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service to ensure that our guests experience a memorable stay. You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you:

• have experience in an international hospitality chain;

• have 4 years’ experience in leading a team;

• are able to coach and motivate people;

• are flexible in working hours and days;

• can speak and write fluently in English and Dutch.
