Your New Role…

Reporting to the VP People and Culture for France Benelux and Africa, you will work closely with the local senior P&C partner and provide day to day partnering support for multiple business areas and leaders, connecting with EMEA and US colleagues as relevant.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Develop close working relationships and understanding of business goals to support the P&C team and the business effectively

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees

  • Provides day-to-day administrative and HR support

  • Proactively and positively support initiatives and organization changes to align with the wider WBD business, including local changes to align with the global vision for the future success of the business

  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

  • Coordinate adequate implementation of the company policies and participate in the rollout of global projects within the organization (DEI, Talent management, Benefits…)

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Collaborative – able to partner with P&C colleagues and centers of excellence to develop and implement initiatives that develop capability and culture

  • Ability in understanding complex and matrix organization

  • Hands on - Demonstrate the capability to self-prioritize and manage a complex and changing workload with the ability to meet changing and varying deadlines

  • Ability to work under pressure in a 'game on' challenging environment

  • Curiosity and proactive approach; you may not have all the answers, but you know where to find them

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Must be self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks

  • IT-literate with excellent MS Office skills (Excel skills required)

  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, excellent leadership

  • Previous significant professional experience as HR Advisor in a in a multi-cultural, high-performance, fast-changing environment, matrix environment

  • Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken (French would be a plus)
