Join our team as a Lead Assembler on the 2nd shift and play a critical role in our production process. If you have strong assembly skills, can lead by example, and have experience in a manufacturing environment, this opportunity offers a steady schedule and room for growth. Location: Andover, MN Wage: Starting at $24.25 hr. Hours: 3:30 pm 2 am, Monday Thursday Benefits of the lead assembler: 401(k) with matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Employee assistance and discount programs Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Referral program Duties of the lead assembler: Lead and oversee assembly operations on the 2nd shift Accurately read and interpret tape measures and blueprints Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally Utilize computer skills for communication and Excel tasks Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements of the lead assembler: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team Proficiency with tape measure reading and basic computer skills, including email and Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Information: Apply today!
