Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to work in the Annapolis area. The Recruiter will collaborate with the Director of HR to develop specific recruiting plans to meet organizational goals and business plans. The role involves performing recruitment functions including screening, interviewing, follow-up phone calls, reference checks, salary recommendations, and licensure verification. You will utilize statistical data and other information to facilitate the recruitment process. Regular communication with hiring supervisors at all levels regarding employment needs, problems, and the status of the recruitment process is essential. Additionally, you will coordinate to ensure all documentation related to the employment process is complete and accurate in accordance with HR and Medical Center policies, as well as state and federal regulations. Building and maintaining professional relationships with college placement offices, community organizations, and other entities is also a key part of the role. You will schedule and attend job/career fairs to attract qualified applicants.

Hard Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting

  • Experience working within an ATS (PeopleFluent is preferred)

  • Ability to maintain a 40+ requisition load

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Annapolis, Maryland and some days remote.

Work Environment

2-3 weeks of onsite training followed by a hybrid schedule (1-2 days onsite depending on trust level and job performance).
