Job Title: Cash Application SpecialistJob Description

As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for logging into multiple bank websites to obtain payments, handling high volume cash applications including ACH/Wire, Credit Card, and Manual Checks to customer accounts. You will also record deductions/disputes as noted by customer payments, reconcile daily bank statements to payments applied, and provide cash collection reporting.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Anoka, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

Join a high-performance electrical company with a dedicated team of 8,800 people globally. Known for innovation, quality, and reliability, our products serve industrial, commercial, residential, energy, and infrastructure customers. You will be part of a sizeable cash application team within the AR department, working under a personable AR Manager. The work model is hybrid, with Tuesday to Thursday in-office and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. No vaccine or mask mandates are in place. The AR team is located onsite in Anoka, next to one of our manufacturing plants.
