Atterro Material Handler - 1st and 2nd Shift in Anoka, Minnesota

We are hiring a Material Handler who is ready for the next step of their career! Shift Availability: First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM| Monday- Friday or 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Monday - Thursday | $19.00/hr Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday - Friday or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM | Tuesday - Friday | $21.25/hr The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, verifying, locating, storing, issuing, and transporting material used in the manufacturing process. Essential Functions: Compliance with all applicable safety procedures, maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, and notify Team Leaders when problems arise concerning equipment, operations, materials, inventory, documentation, etc. Receive, stock, pick, issue, and deliver materials within performance guidelines, maintain equipment including safety checks, and maintain a supply of equipment and materials needed to complete operations. Meet performance standards, ensure products meet quality specifications, and maintain accurate records and inventory balances. Perform rotational assignments as needed, participate actively as a team member through continuous improvement activities, and perform additional duties as assigned. This position requires the candidate to have at least 1 year of production work experience, experience operating RF scanners and software, and computer experience with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, and the Internet. The ideal candidate will need to be knowledgeable of all material flow processes, safety policies, and procedures, have analytical thinking and problem-solving, strong communication both verbal and written, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, operate the equipment as necessary, be able to function in a high stress or high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
