CBRE is currently looking for a Administrative Service Coordinator for our client Toyota Willebroek (Antwerp).

The position requires to be at least 2days a week on site.

You will report to the Facility Manager.

Responsibility level:

· Coordination of financial and administrative processes

· Advisor role of contract

· HSE support

· Assist Facilities Manager in various tasks & administrative processes.

Principal duties:

· Extensive knowledge of CBRE contract with Toyota

· Coordination of administrative processes, general admin support

· Support facility manager in case of financial issues

· Owner of eLogbooks (HSE)

· Knowledge of below systems is a plus

o Budget Tracker

o My Supplier

o FMIS

o Dynamics

o SAP

o SI7 > Follow up

· PO creation, Billing & Reporting

· Follow up archiving ( if applicable )

· Maintain Training Matrix

· Follow up/contact with suppliers

· Close cooperation with facility manager

Skills/Qualifications / Attributes:

Ø Fulltime position

Ø Experienced in finance systems is a plus

Ø Takes Initiatives

Ø Dutch is mother tongue, very good knowledge of English ( French is + )
