THE OPPORTUNITY

How you can help.

The Treasury Center Accounting team is a key player and shares responsibilities in the operational excellence of treasury. Besides leading on a day to day basis the accounting, controlling and reporting of our treasury centers you will enrich the team by applying your strong analytical skills on the new challenges put to our treasury accounting environment. Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide accounting, analysis, reporting, and financial support for Treasury Centers managing total assets exceeding $58 billion.

  • Oversee monthly and quarterly closing activities.

  • Ensure adherence to US GAAP and SOX requirements in accounting processes.

  • Collaborate with key business partners within and outside treasury to align on accounting aspects.

  • Coordinate forecasting cycles for departments and overall profit and loss and balance sheet.

  • Conduct budget variance analysis for associated entities.

  • Lead efforts to continuously improve systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Assist in a transformative finance project.

Qualifications

To be successful, you demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a matrix business locally and regionally/globally. You have a demonstrable history of developing strong business partnerships and successful collaboration. Further requirements include:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Economics with 6 years of relevant experience in finance.

  • You have in depth knowledge of accounting and a compliance mindset.

  • You are comfortable with a global matrix organization.

  • A strong analytical mindset is a must given the high-risk profile of transactions.

  • You are solution oriented and result driven.

  • Strong business partnering and communication skills are needed to influence and combine business needs with functional objectives.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in English.
