We are looking to hire a an experienced recruiter to join our Appleton, WI staffing Team. (Talent Acquisition Team). You will be part of e(s)]. The ideal candid a great group that helps put people to work, helping them get ahead, and connecting their skills to Hiring Managers.

Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: Competitve compansagion and benefits

What’s the Job / Primary Duties:

• Work with Hiring Manager's to complete a hiring needs assessment, identify open positions and required skills and qualifications

• Source, attract, screen and qualify candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

• Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships.

• Coach, Councel, Complete performance reviews

Maintain data in applicant tracking system

What’s Needed / Qualifications:

Required

Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships and raport

Nice to Have

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree.

Technical: Experience or exposure in an Applicant Tracking System
