This position involves working within the QA Department to perform Document Control functions and to support compliance functions. You will provide administrative support to the quality function and create the compilation of the various reports required both internally within the department and externally. You will support other Quality Assurance activities as needed.

Role Summary-

This position involves working within the QA Department to perform Document Control functions and to support compliance activities. This role also provides administrative support to the quality assurance department.

Responsibilities-

QA performance of document control activities.

Support the Compilation of QA Monthly Reports

Conducting QA activities as needed by the team.

Providing administrative support to the QA team.

Performing Data entry into various Quality Systems for example the EDMS and Training systems.

Qualifications-

High School Diploma/ Certificate or relevant work experience

Knowledge of relevant Excel / Word packages and familiarity with Electronic Management Systems

Strong verbal and written skills
