A Client/Employer in Memphis, TN is looking for a Risk Management & Insurance Manager. This individual will work on the treasury team and be responsible for developing insurance programs and handling claims primarily with commercial property and casualty insurance programs. Additional responsibilities include; managing renewals of lines of property and casualty coverage, preparing underwriting submissions for each insurance placement and evaluating finance structures to optimize total cost of risk.

• Ensuring accurate insurance and loss budgeting, reserving, and reporting with both internal and external resources

• Assist in the development of claims handling and reporting policies

• Manage insurance brokers, loss prevention consultants, and TPA's

• Review contracts for insurance and indemnity requirements

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance, risk management, or related field

• 3+ years of experience placing corporate insurance programs

• 3+ years of experience with commercial property, workers compensation and casualty insurance programs

• Experience with claims management and TPAs

• Strong analytics skills, good communication, and presentation skills

Strong knowledge in Finance/Treasury * MBA

• ARM, CRM, CPCU or other insurance certifications null
