Project 1: Downloading 300 people to a new software called ProCore and they are going though the process of bringing the software into Boeing's environment and making sure that it meets compliance and security protocol. Then working to help establish training of the users on the new system.

Project 2: Changing their work order management systems to level up Boeing's facilities and space management teams.

Project 3: They are looking to purchase a software improvement tool that can make all HVAC units visible in one dashboard

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in Project/Program Management

• Analytics/ Business Intelligence skills demonstrated in previous experience specifically with VBA, PowerBI and Tableau

• Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.

• Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards

• Manage dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions.

• Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.

• PWA -Project Web App experience - Professional project management credentials

• Facilities or real estate experience null
