Job Description

A large aerospace company is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their real estate and facilities organization. This role will be responsible for providing more strategic insights to the team. He/she will need to determine the best process for resourcing the right projects and help with governance ie, assist in outlining the playbook for projects, as well as establish standard project intake forms. Additionally, this role will be responsible for upskilling and training of others in PM best practices.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in Project/Program Management -agile or scrum

• Analytics/ Business Intelligence skills demonstrated in previous experience specifically with VBA, PowerBI and Tableau

• Experience managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, and that involve multiple business areas and owners.

• Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex and challenging projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards

• Interact daily with engineering, analysts, and cross-functional business teams to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.

• Expert project management skills, specifically communication skills, project planning, risk management and capacity planning

• PMP Certification/waterfall practitioner

• PWA: Project Web App experience - Facilities or real estate experience null
