We are seeking a Project Manager to support the ARMY CCSA Technology Service program in Arlington, VA.
The Project Manager provides project leadership for enterprise information technology efforts, including enterprise application projects. Plans and oversees the engineering and support of a specific IT area or system. Coordinates technical aspects of work for the successful completion of a project and/or production. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on Task Orders.

Prepares and utilizes project plans for significant IT engineering, enhancement and maintenance efforts.
Provides leadership to a technical team through project engineering phases: analysis, engineering, implementation, deployment and production.
Establishes goals and provides regular feedback to team members.
Acts as a liaison for the technical team to management including government senior leaders.
Communicates regularly with internal and external customers.
Required to be proficient in war fighting reporting systems that focus on military functions, such as, equipping the force, causalities, planning, logistics, COOP, and requirements, while working at a minimum at the CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Development and Level 2 for Services.
Proficient with the software, tools and programming language depicted in technical exhibit
10 years experience in a Technically complex information environment
Proficient in War-Fighting reporting systems
IAT Level III Certification as an IASAE II, DoD 8140.01/DoD 8570.01
Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline
Active Top Secret clearance
