Description:

Must be able to work from weekly menus and production sheets using approved recipes to prepare food items, observe routine work schedules and follow the System and departmental procedures. Must be able to carry through to completion assigned and planned tasks. Must exercise initiative and also have the ability to exercise sound judgment performing daily and assigned duties. Must have the ability to prioritize and correct problems, as needed.

Position Requirements : Responsible for high quality and properly prepared foods using approved recipes. Follows proper food handling techniques. Maintains work areas, equipment and utensils in a sanitary manner. Must be able to efficiently organize production schedules to meet demands of the operation. Must have initiative and demonstrate good judgement. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.

B. Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Vocational training in quantity food preparation and sanitation is preferred.
