The Role

As an Analyst Work, Rewards & Careers you will support and work with senior colleagues on projects with our clients. The projects will be related to rewards strategy and programs, market analysis, pay design, job architecture, career framework, job levelling with WTW specific methodologies, work strategy, skills organization . They can focus on one country or have a regional scope. As an Analyst in our team in Greece, you will

• apply your analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities and utilise your knowledge of Human Resources.

• learn to understand clients’ needs and build positive relationships with clients through your work.

• collaborate with other consultants and you will receive guidance from senior consultants.

• Expand your knowledge in the areas of career framework, job levelling, work strategy, skills organization and rewards.

• learn to think ahead, to propose new ways of working to deliver best practice.

The Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics with a major in Human Resources Management or any other numerical degree

• First experience preferably in a Human Capital Management consulting role, ideally within an international work environment

• Experience with job architecture, career frameworks, job levelling, work strategy or skills organization will be preferred.

• Ability to build strong relationships and excellent communication skills, fluency in Greek and English.

• First Project Management skills will be a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high quality written work and to analyse data effectively.

• Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done.
