The Role

*DevOps Engineer Internship: *

Join Kyndryl to work along with our DevOps team that is leading automation of deployments, development of assets as well as using modern technologies, for example Docker / Kubernetes, GitHub, CI/CD tools etc.

By joining the internship, you can gather experience by:

• Working with Docker containers and microservices architectures. Container orchestration (OpenShift, kubernetes, public cloud containers services) Monitoring, Alerting and Logging stack as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK and Alert Manager...).

• Working with Lifecycle management tools (git, jenkins..).

• Being involved in automation and optimization of workload

• Performing in real life troubleshooting on customers production workloads

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• 0 - 3 years of experience

• Some Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems/ Kubernetes / Docker platform

• Active knowledge of scripting languages (i.e. Python, Bash/PowerShell)

• Basic Overview of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure

• Understanding of version control and workflow management tools – GitHub, CI/CD

• Experience in code deployment tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, and Chef).
