Titan America Employee Engagement Specialist in Athens, Greece
TITAN Cement Group is looking to hire a qualified professional to assume the Employee Engagement Specialist position within the Group Human Resources department.
The Employee Engagement Specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of the Employee Engagement strategy and action plans, monitoring their effectiveness in TITAN Group. Additionally, they will get involved in ad hoc Group projects, programs, or processes with an HR dimension.
The position is based in Athens, Greece.
What you will do :
Employee Engagement Strategy & Employee Value Proposition
Act as Project Manager in Group surveys, including vendor management, facilitation and coordination of BUs, overseeing the employee surveys implementation, results’ analysis, and action plans among other activities
Contribute to the design of Group employee surveys
Review external best practices and certifications on employee engagement/experience and facilitate the exchange of external & internal best practices between BUs
Identify critical moments in the employee lifecycle, to create key globally consistent employee experiences
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I):
Follow trends and latest research in the DE&I field
Propose and help implement key DE&I initiatives across all stages of the employee lifecycle based on evidenced-based good practice
Contribute to developing, implementing, and facilitating DE&I learning and/or other DE&I activities for leaders and/or employees
Support the research, design, communication, implementation and review of DE&I Group policies
Wellbeing:
Manage TITAN’s Employee Assistance program, including monitoring and reporting
Identify internal and external best practices to leverage across the Group and facilitate the sharing and exchanging among the BUs
Propose group-wide programs to improve Health & Wellbeing based on TITAN’s Health & Wellbeing framework
Metrics & Analytics:
Collect and analyze data and benchmarks to identify and share best practices that can help advance Engagement, DE&I and Wellbeing for all employees in TITAN Group
Monitor and report diversity and inclusion metrics and develop the TITAN DE&I report.
Internal Communications & Events coordination
Develop communications, analyze audiences, craft messages, select and manage appropriate tools and technologies that support our EVP and our Employer Brand
Create and implement employe experience, DE&I and wellbeing communications, campaigns, and events, in collaboration with Group Internal Communications/external partners and develop related content for TITAN’s intranet as needed
Contribute to the design and execution of employee events
What you will bring:
BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field
MSc in HR or a related field is a plus
Appox. three (3) years of relevant working experience
Previous experience in the Engagement/DE&I/Wellbeing areas will be considered an asset
Oral and written communication in English, with the ability to communicate complex information
Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
