Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell Technologies’ product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enablement of the Dell Technologies inside sales as well as Ae community across the selected geography, through face 2 face training and regular updates on the full CSG portfolio and solutions developments

  • Enablement of the Dell Technologies partners across the assigned region (metal partners as well as Distribution) on the Dell Technologies CSG portfolio and benefits/differentiators

  • Present at Dell Technologies and partner lead events with the focus on the client solutions portfolio

  • Work with the local/regional marketing organization to drive the awareness and knowledge of the CSG portfolio and solution to the market. Drive the marketing agenda as it relates to the CSG business and pro-actively come up with suggestions on programs for execution through the marketing/go to market engine.

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to internal and external teams about the market, trends and developments

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with the Dell Technologies client solutions portfolio

  • Good comprehension of English required. Additionally: regional language skills are preferred

  • High level of affinity with technology

  • Good public speaker

  • Proven ability to influence decision making
