About the Role

In this role you ‘ll:

  • Participate in the design of the channel strategy and you 'll be fully responsible for the strategy of your customers

  • Design customer plans in collaboration with cross functional team (Field Manager / CMO) to achieve financial and qualitative targets.

  • Build JBPs that will be efficiently developed and jointly owned.

  • Activate high impact activation plans, based on analysis and core insight into customer strategy, shoppers and consumers

  • Ensure activities within the agreed JBP are delivered with focus on 100% implementation

  • Implement to consistent business processes and focus on compliance

  • Be involved in NRM process to improve customer’s return on investment through customer P&L in line with Trade Terms architecture and Trade Promos

  • Collaborate with the Customer Activation team to recommend the efficient activity plans

  • Ensure monthly cashflow targets are achieved through effective management of invoicing, budget accruals and monitoring, aged debt resolution.

  • Deliver incremental volume and profit for the customer driven by new opportunities

  • Drive tight-knit teamwork and partner with Field Manager for target setting, alignment and execution of agreed plans

  • Provide detailed analysis of activity performance

About You

Requirements

  • You are an outstanding strategic relationship manager with ability to plan strategically and link strategy with implementation.

  • You're highly commercially aware, creative with financial and analytical skills. A highly positive problem solver, who is able to build new possibilities and deal with ambiguity.

  • You have the ability to gain momentum and to inspire change internally and externally.

  • You're an outstanding teammate who enjoys collaborating with people

  • You have confirmed experience in a Field Sales department / Commercial function, preferably of the FMCG sector/ beverage industry.

  • BSc/MSc degree of a high academic institution will be considered a plus.

  • You're proficient in Greek and English.
