WTW Practice Leader - Senior Associate - Work, Rewards & Career in Athens, Greece

The Role

As an Practice Leader - Work, Rewards & Career you will provide strategic, evidence-based guidance to client organizations by working on projects in Central Eastern Europe Region regarding people programs such as – indicatively - Job Architecture, Career Frameworks, Performance Management including KPIs / OKRs and Competencies / Skills Frameworks with WTW specific methodologies, Career Paths, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development Programs, Workforce Planning etc. in an international and diverse atmosphere. As an Practice Leader in our team in Greece, you will:

  • Sell, develop and implement solutions as per above areas.

  • Provide practical insights into how best to motivate and manage the workforce of today and plan for the workforce of tomorrow

  • Partner with colleagues across the business to sell and deliver integrated advice, that help clients hire, build, engage and lead the talent they need to win

  • Demonstrate effective sales leadership behaviors, including team collaboration, creativity, compelling RFP writing, persistent follow-up, sound judgment in scoping/pricing, and focusing on closing the deal

  • Build relationships with internal and external cross-functional teams to maximize the penetration of key target accounts

  • Deliver profitable revenue to the business through individual sales and billable hours goals

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and business development in a consulting environment

  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization

  • An executive presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written and oral communication skills

  • Track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, leading teams and generating revenue

  • Experience managing concurrent, multi-dimensional projects and people on time and within budget

  • Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges

  • Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way

  • Understanding of agile principles and design thinking

  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferable) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course work

  • Native knowledge of Greek and fluency in English
