| Job Title: Project Engineer |
| AC Green LLC is a rapidly growing, family-owned construction firm |
| headquartered in Athens, Ohio. As a full-time project engineer, you |
| will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team |
| and contribute to the continuous growth of the company. AC Green |

| Key Responsibilities |
| |
| - Review, submit, and coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, |
| and all associated logs. |
| - Perform construction cost estimates and prepare change orders. |
| - Drawing and document control |
| - Finalize project as-builts, closeout documents, and ensure punch |
| list completion |
| - Review project schedule and update progress |
| - Conduct site visits to review progress and issues |
| - Review project contracts, scopes of work, drawings, and |
| specifications to maintain a working knowledge of the assigned |
| project |
| - Review safety documentation with safety manager to ensure |
| understanding safety-related functions/applications |
| - Some travel will be required (Columbus, Cincinnati, for |
| example) - 5-10% |
| - Growth opportunity: Project Manager or Estimator |

| Requirements |
| |
| - Possess a 4 year Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combinations of |
| technical training and experience. |
| |
| |
| Required Skills |
| |
| - Good organization, writing and verbal skills |
| - Proper understanding of Microsoft Office, BlueBeam Revu, and |
| Autodesk drafting software (Autodesk software experience is |
| preferred, but not required) |
| - Must be able to read and interpret project drawings and |
| specifications |
| - Excellent time management skills |
