Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our esteemed Life Sciences team at Lionbridge, focusing on the Medical Device Sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for independently engaging with prospective clients within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's innovative solutions tailored to the medical device sector. Your primary objective will be to maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying existing and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within this specialized industry. You will ensure a tailored approach to presenting solutions that meet the unique requirements of our Med Device customers. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas within the medical device sector.

What You Will Do

  • Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions and services, effectively articulating the value proposition tailored to the medical device industry.

  • Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue quotas within the Med Device sector.

  • Understand client requirements by conducting thorough needs assessments, ensuring a tailored approach to presenting solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the medical device industry.

  • Educate customers and clients on Lionbridge's service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, consistently exceeding revenue targets.

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders (internal and external), maintaining regular communication to address inquiries and provide updates.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the medical device sector, incorporating market insights into sales strategies.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Proven experience in account management or sales to the medical device industry, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that address client needs and challenges within the Med Device sector.

  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
