Seeking someone Spanish speaking with at least 1 year of legal assistant experience. 1. Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception to trial preparation and post-trial matters. 2. Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses. 3. Manage and organize case files, including electronic filing systems and document databases. 4. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in litigation. 5. Assist in deposition preparation, trial preparation, and courtroom support. 6. Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. 7. Review and summarize deposition transcripts, discovery materials, and other legal documents. 8. Provide administrative support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing communications.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
