Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Paralegal with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management ( CLM ) systems to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to expiration, ensuring efficiency and compliance with institution policies and legal regulations. You will utilize your CLM system proficiency to streamline processes, maintain accurate data, and generate insightful reports. Contract Management System:
Manage the company’s CLM system including configuration, user training, data entry, and maintenance.
Utilize the CLM system to track all stages of the contract lifecycle, including negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
Monitor deadlines and key dates, and generate reports to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient use of the CLM system and identify areas for improvement.
Contract Administration:
Assist with the drafting and review of various legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, and service contracts.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support contract negotiations and execution.
Obtain necessary approvals and signatures for contracts.
Maintain and update contract databases and repositories.
Generate reports and analysis on contract metrics and trends.
General Legal Support:
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including calendar management, document preparation, and filing.
Research legal topics and prepare memoranda on assigned matters.
Maintain a professional and ethical work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, business administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on contract administration.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven expertise in at least one CLM system preferred.

Immunization Requirements
It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
