Inspire Brands Customer Marketing Technical Program Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

The Customer Marketing Technical Program Manager is a multi-faceted technology and operations role supporting customer marketing and loyalty programs. The position will be responsible for accelerating our usage and expertise within our CDP (Customer Data Platform) and our 1x1 personalization efforts across all brands. This includes managing technical projects related to feature configurations, break-fix and resiliency work, data integration work to support marketing campaigns, and UAT at the campaign level as needed. The individual will work in partnership with cross-functional teams to help define strategic objectives for CDP and 1x1 personalization, create learning agendas, triage escalated issues, and identify areas of opportunity for program evolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1x1 Program ownership and development. Work closely with the customer marketing key stakeholders to own the program roadmap and evolution in line with customer marketing objectives.

  • Manage day-to-day aspects of the 1x1 program across all relevant brands.

  • Responsible for ensuring each step is complete across the 1x1 process including strategy alignment, offer management, analytics, data science, and campaign operations. Identify and implement operational efficiencies, enhancements, etc.

  • CDP (Customer Data Platform) ownership and program development.

  • Align with Loyalty leadership to build, implement, and execute a broader strategy for how we utilize our CDP tool and incorporate it into each brand’s loyalty objectives.

  • Interaction with technology, loyalty marketing, analytics, and IT clients, as well as other internal and external stakeholders related to our personalization and CDP tools.

  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders across the customer marketing team and relevant cross-functional teams regarding project status updates, risks, and results.

  • Create and manage learning agendas across multiple brands to continue progress and program evolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-Year Degree in Information Technology/Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of experience in roles related to implementing enterprise applications for large, matrixed companies.

  • 3+ years of demonstrated project or program leadership skills with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budgets, and timelines.

  • Experience providing cross-functional project leadership and support across multiple teams.

  • Experience in Agile ways of working framework and/or PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred.

  • Prior experience with a multi-brand organization that leverages scale (i.e., reuse) and supports bespoke brand requirements.

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other applicable ESP preferred.

  • Experience with Offer Management and/or Loyalty Management vendor preferred.

  • Good project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups.

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess the ability to lead.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience in identifying and reviewing business and technical requirements.

  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
