Headquartered in Atlanta, Epiqs 5,200 employees work in 80 offices and 12 data centers in 14 countries across the globe serving our customers.We are currently searching for a dynamic sales operations leader to be responsible for driving and measuring salesforce performance, as well as providing subject matter expertise and insights with a primary focus on targeting, alignment, and data governance. Additionally, the Director, Sales Operations will play key role in collaboration with sales leadership to support data-driven business strategy.Job DescriptionLead team of sales operations professionals responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data in ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity and achieve company revenue goals.Identify and evaluate trends and performance measured against sales targets and strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive leadership decisions and generate ad hoc reporting as needed using Salesforce.com and other related technologies.Recommend and develop sales support initiatives.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies for the sales team.Evaluate new and existing tools to help the sales team get the most value from software investments.Support sales team growth by developing and/or compiling content for on-boarding and training.Required Qualifications & CharacteristicsA deep understanding of sales operations with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in a global role.Highly proficient using and managing Salesforce.com with 3 years Salesforce.com experience.Proven managerial, leadership and staff development skills which help to motivate sales support team members and provide professional growth allowing them to assume additional responsibilities.Demonstrated history of driving improvements to the sales process.Excellent data analytics skills.Fluency in Excel required.Attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation with ability to partner with leaders and individuals at all levels of the organization.Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to travel 20-30% as needed.Characteristics of a successful leader at Epiq includes the followingStructured and precise with a results-oriented approach to business.Personal buy-in to Epiqs cultural values with a passion for clients, employees and service.Known to be approachable.Acknowledges and gives credit and thanks to others.Demonstrates full commitment and offers tactical strength through regular oversight.Strategic strength through consistent execution, speed, decisiveness, and risk taking.Consensus builder, collaborative, flexible thinking and agile.Brevity, informal, and to-the-point.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!It is Epiqs policy to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws by making all employment decisions without unlawful regard or consideration of any individuals race, religion, ethnicity, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expressions, transgender status, sexual and other reproductive health decisions, marital status, age, national origin, genetic information, ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental dis
