Inspire Brands Enterprise Loyalty & Customer Marketing Associate Manager in Atlanta, Georgia
Support the Director of Enterprise Loyalty & Customer Marketing across a wide range of key strategic projects. The role will focus on loyalty program support, identifying and implementing best practices across our multiple brands, supporting partnership development, and supporting other ad-hoc projects within the broader customer marketing team. The ideal candidate needs to be able to operate both independently and within a matrix organization where they are interdependent on other functions to deliver their objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, document, and share best practices across our customer marketing and loyalty teams.
Support brand loyalty teams with loyalty program research, development, and evolution.
Conduct competitive tracking and research on QSR loyalty and customer engagement landscape and benchmark how Inspire Brands is competing across several competencies.
Support enterprise partnership strategy development, partner evaluation, and partnership execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reports, presentations, and best practice documents to support the larger customer marketing and loyalty team.
Lead and deliver ad-hoc projects that support customer marketing and loyalty on time and on budget.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred 4-Year Degree required, preferably with a focus on Business Administration.
3+ years of experience in Business, Marketing or Loyalty operations, or QSR industry experience is a plus.
Prior experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or loyalty programs is preferred. Understanding customer behavior, segmentation, and engagement strategies is vital.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and a passion for creating customer-centric loyalty experiences.
Experience with CRM and MarTech platforms such as Epsilon, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mParticle, etc is a plus.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key traits for success in this role.
Excellent organizational abilities, including managing complex priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently. A self-starter takes ownership of tasks and drives them forward without constant supervision.
Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial. The ability to convey both creative and technical feedback is essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
