Jacobs Entry Level Construction Management Professional in Atlanta, Georgia

We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Entry Level Construction Project Engineer to grow with our team. The selected candidate will have tremendous growth potential being directly exposed to critical jobs that maintain the country’s infrastructure. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. You will be taking initiatives to find solutions that sometimes require you and the team to be very resourceful. This role will prepare and improve your task management and leadership skills throughout the lifetime of a construction project.

As an Entry Level Construction Project Engineer, you will be reviewing RFIs, Submittals, attending weekly project meetings and taking meeting minutes, creating schedules, creating and reviewing estimates and contractor proposals, ensuring that schedule and budget are maintained within acceptable parameters.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering

  • Interest working on large Infrastructure Construction Projects

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • May 2024 Graduate

  • Prior Experience Working on a Construction Management Role

  • Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and budget control

  • Proficiency in reading Construction Plans and Specifications
