Robert Half HR Director in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are on the lookout for a skilled HR Director in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is pivotal in overseeing HR management and department operations to ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. The HR Director will act as a bridge between company executives and management, manage the HR department's budget, and coordinate with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR management and ensure its alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

• Act as a liaison between company executives and management to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.

• Manage the budget of the HR department, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

• Utilize systems like ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Kronos Timekeeping System for efficient HR operations.

• Administer benefit functions and compensation administration in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure compliance in all HR functions and maintain a healthy relationship with employees.

• Utilize Human Resources Management System for efficient HR operations and administration.

• Handle labor and employee relations, maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.

• Conduct full cycle payroll operations and manage employee performance effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in a HR Director role or similar

• Proficiency with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian, Kronos Timekeeping System, and other HR related software

• Expertise in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of Compliance and C-Suite level interaction

• Excellent Employee Relations and Human Resources Management skills

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Knowledge of Labor Employee Relations in an Early-Stage Startup environment

• Familiarity with the HealthCare Industry is desirable

• Understanding of Total Rewards strategy and Full Cycle Payroll

• Ability to assess and improve Employee performance

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required, Master’s degree preferred

• Relevant HR certification is a plus.
